Used the object selection tool to cut out the background and reduced the saturation to zero for the background. Raised the saturation for the toucan and raised the hue for the entire image.

I used the multiply feature on the layer with the image of the diver to blend the two together. I then raised the brightness and upped the saturation to make the colors more vibrant.
